Step-by-step procedure

Exam Application:
a. Register for exam at the local “Traffic Division of the Police Department”
Cost:
a. NT$300
b. Issuance, replacement, or renewal of Professional Driver Registration Certificates and duplicates: NT$200 per certificate
Required Documents:
a. Application Form (Fill out on-site)
b. National ID
c. Professional Driver License
d. 4 front-facing, non-tinted glasses photos taken within the past 3 months (2-inch)
Exam Content:
a. Exam will consist of 2 subjects (20 True or False + 30 Multiple Choice Questions):
- Traffic Regulations
- Local Geography
  b. A passing score is 70 or above for each subject
  c. Download Exam Questions (link below)
  d. After passing the exam, the driver must attend a mandatory seminar in order to be issued the Taxi Driver Certificate
