What is Bolt Rewards?
Bolt Rewards is a reward programme designed for drivers on the Bolt platform to celebrate their high-quality service through benefits and discounts.
Bolt Rewards includes 4 tiers with increasing benefits, such as fuel and insurance discounts, exclusive vehicle financing or accounting deals, dedicated support, and more.
Drivers can unlock tiers and perks by earning points for finished rides.
How does Bolt Rewards work?
No more missing a reward because you overlooked an ongoing campaign, forgot to participate, or couldn’t drive that week.
Alleligible driver partners will be enrolled automatically.
You have a whole month to collect enough points to qualify for the new Bolt reward tier, and you can enjoy the benefits from the moment you unlock them until the end of next month.
You’ll earn points with each regular trip and reward points for peak-hour rides.
Bolt Rewards is also completely transparent.
You can view all the benefits of your current and next tiers in the Bolt Driver app to understand your targets.
Bolt Rewards lets you easily see your progress on the Bolt driver app’s home screen, allowing you to adjust your schedule and ensure you meet your goals.

Bolt Rewards’ specific benefits vary by country. Still, it offers 2 types of perks:

Take advantage of discounts and special offers on fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and other products and services at our partners’ to help you manage your costs and maximise your profits.
Depending on the country, these may include:
Discounts on fuel, spare parts, and car products/accessories.
Discounts on car services, maintenance, and repairs.
Discounted car washing and interior cleaning or free washes.
Discounts on food at gas stations and partner restaurants.
Discounts on electric vehicle charging and chargers.
Discounted health insurance, vision tests or glasses.
Discounts on phones, accessories, and plans or special phone financing offers.
Discounted wellness services, language classes, or electronics.

The number of ride requests you receive depends on your Bolt Rewards level, driver score, and acceptance rate.
The higher your Bolt Rewards level, the higher you’ll be on the ride-matching waitlist and the more you’ll earn, thanks to more ride requests.
Keep in mind that to be eligible for Bolt Rewards, your account must be in good standing — your driver score and acceptance rate have to be over the necessary threshold you can see in the app.
More trips towards the destination
This feature allows you to only receive requests for rides that take you closer to your selected destination.
Trips towards the destination is a perfect feature when you want to complete a couple of rides on your way to a specific place.
Levelling up on Bolt Rewards unlocks more trips towards destination per day.
Acceptance screen transparency
See ride price and destination before accepting the request for better insight into your earnings.

The 4 tiers of Bolt Rewards
Bolt Rewards has 4 tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
The number of benefits and their size depend on the tier you’ve reached.
Bronze tier (default level) — save up to 2% on fuel, insurance, and other products and services at our partners’.
Silver tier — save up to 5% on fuel, insurance, and other products and services at our partners’.
Gold tier — save up to 10% on fuel, insurance, and other products and services at our partners’.
Platinum tier — save up to 15% on fuel, insurance, and other products and services at our partners’.

Message passengers quickly, easily and safely by turning your voice into text. If the passenger speaks a different language, we’ll translate your messages automatically!
Continue riding with another car
If your vehicle gets blocked due to expired or missing documents, you can change it and continue earning with another verified vehicle.

You’ll automatically join Bolt Rewards and acquire points for finished rides. The Bolt driver app’s main screen shows your point count and current tier.
When do points reset?
All Bolt Rewards points reset on the first day of every month.
How long is my tier valid for?
Your Bolt Rewards tier remains unlocked from when you achieve it until the end of the following month.
How do I maintain my Bolt Rewards level?
Earning the necessary monthly points will maintain your tier and its benefits. Each tier requires a different number of points.
How do I level up on Bolt Rewards?

What are peak hours?
Peak hours are times when demand for rides is at its highest, such as rush hours, weekend nights, and around special events. You will earn additional Bolt Reward points for peak-hour rides.
