The acceptance rate is a metric that shows the percentage of orders you have accepted from your past 100 requests. You can check your current acceptance rate in your driver app by tapping on the Acceptance rate banner.

Your acceptance rate will:

• Increase whenever you accept an incoming request
• Decrease if you ignore or reject an order from within your set driving radius.

Note: A banner is displayed on some incoming orders with a disclaimer that ignoring or rejecting will not affect your activity. These orders may come from outside your set driving radius and your acceptance rate is not affected in case you do not accept the order.
