Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride-hailing businesses.

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Representing Bolt in Azerbaijan.
- Supporting Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and helping them get the most out of our apps.
- Creating loyal fans by showing them we really care.
- Contributing and sharing ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support.
- Being a key player in building a support team in a challenging growth environment.
About you:
- You are fluent in Azeri, Russian, and English, both written and spoken, any other language is a plus.
- You are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping others.
- You have attention to detail.
- You are willing to work from Monday to Friday.
- You are willing to work on the quality of CS team making analysis.
- Basic Excel Knowledge is a plus
- You are passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing.
