Accounting Specialist

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Supporting with the transaction processing on a daily basis
- Helping with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation
- Working with bookkeeping software
- Preparing primary documentaries (Invoices, Act of acceptance, Agreements)
- Creating and controlling VAT invoices in Revenue Service Portal and comparing with the accounting software
- Conducting monthly closing procedures
About you:
- BS degree or final year student in Business or a related economic field
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Georgian language
- Experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong accounting, P&L and Financial / reporting knowledge
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills, the ability to work to strict deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously
