We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Bolt Market team in Ukraine. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption and expansion of Bolt Food's Grocery & Retail solutions.

As the Courier Operations Manager in Cyprus, you will be the owner of courier operations end-to-end — from process design to team development, execution, and performance management. You’ll start by managing a highly technical Courier Operations Specialist and gradually expand the team by identifying skill gaps and hiring accordingly. We’re seeking someone who can seamlessly switch between deep analytical problem-solving and on-the-ground leadership. You must be comfortable speaking with couriers, analysing their performance data, and building robust supply models to improve efficiency and earnings. Expected travel to key operational zones in Cyprus will be required — you should be excited to spend time with couriers in the field, not just behind a laptop.

We're looking for a Finance Director who can operate across the full spectrum of corporate finance — from strategic advisory and performance control to compliance, initiative evaluation, and everything in between. We're looking for a Finance Director to serve as the senior financial voice across our Hungary and Austria operations — someone who works directly with both the Managing Directors and ownership, and carries the seniority and credibility to operate comfortably at both levels. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and control, bringing structure where it's missing, challenge where it's needed, and clarity always. We are looking for a Head of Marketplace to lead Bolt's UK Marketplace Operations function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior General Manager, UKI, you will own marketplace performance across one of Bolt's largest and most strategically important markets, shaping the strategy and execution that drives sustainable growth, marketplace efficiency and profitability. You will be responsible for defining and executing the UK marketplace strategy, optimising supply and demand, and leading a team of approximately 10 Marketplace professionals. Using data, experimentation, AI and commercial judgement, you will identify opportunities to improve marketplace efficiency, customer experience and profitability while ensuring sustainable growth. Working closely with Growth Analytics, Public Policy, Marketing, Product, Finance and Central Operations teams, you will translate insights into action, influence product development, and drive high-impact initiatives that improve marketplace health at scale. This is a highly strategic and analytical leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex marketplace challenges, leading high-performing teams, and making data-driven decisions that deliver measurable business impact.

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Specialist to help grow Bolt Food’s restaurant partner network and strengthen our presence in the local market.
