About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Increasing Bolt’s brand visibility and affinity among Drivers
  • Providing market research, business cases and marketing strategies for driver lead acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Working with the online ads and web presence teams to optimize and scale acquisition.
  • Analyzing the efficiency of campaigns and making sure our campaigns have positive ROIs
  • Budgeting and overseeing local driver-facing offline campaigns
  • Helping to uncover best-performing messages and ad visuals
  • Reviewing and analyzing the performance of all local marketing activities
  • Documenting all best practices and sharing those with the team

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and experience with basic online user acquisition.
  • You are experienced in identifying new business opportunities, building business cases, navigating key external stakeholders, and bringing new business opportunities to life.
  • You have experience with various marketing activities, including performance marketing, social media, copywriting, and email communications.
  • You have a solid knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools.
  • You have mastered proactive planning and campaign execution.
  • You have strong experience with measuring marketing KPIs proficiency (e.g. CPM, CPC, CPI, CLTV, ROI)
  • You have data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results.
  • You are a strong self-starter, have get-things-done attitude, and good collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in the mobility sector and/or app marketing is a plus.
