About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Set up and analyze communications, A/B tests and make data-driven decisions based on the results.
  • Have a vision and drive to take the lifecycle communications to a new level cross-vertically using your extensive knowledge from initiatives run.
  • With the help of Lifecycle Marketing Specialists of the respective vertical, co-manage automated cross-pollination messages in more than 45 countries for optimal performance.
  • Co-own quality of technical & analytical framework across verticals.
  • Support teams cross-vertically with proper business frameworks, best practices & consultation.
  • Set the foundation for missing playbooks, update the existing ones.
  • Help the Director of Lifecycle with efficient strategy cross-vertically in order to maximise ROI.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with Head of vertical marketing, product and strategy counterparts.

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills & experience in stakeholder management.
  • Extensive experience in AB testing & impact analysis.
  • Excellent understanding of product UX.
  • Experience with lifecycle vertical strategies in the marketplace context.
  • Excellent English copywriting skills.
  • Great project management skills.
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analysing campaign results.
  • Excellent technical understanding of lifecycle automation needs.
  • Great knowledge of customer engagement and mass communication tools.
