Product Strategy Associate

Your daily adventures will include:

• Leading the development of mid to long-term cross-functional & organisational strategy.
• Analyzing the performance of various areas. Anything from campaign results to a team’s KPIs to city financials.
• Working on understanding and evaluating the identified offerings and competitive landscape; from Ride-Hailing, Food and Scooter operations to Marketing to Finance and much more.
• Evaluating multiple opportunities and building thorough business cases.
• Conducting new and existing market analysis: review competitive activity, update competitor financials, update geographies.
• Building relationships with business functions and organising weekly business reviews with senior managers to identify and solve setbacks & roadblocks across different markets.
• Conducting regular market screening and evaluating potential partnership opportunities.
• Preparing operational and financial models with inputs from all relevant industry, market/company factors, and conducting various scenario analyses and sensitivities.
• Developing scalable frameworks to accelerate the decision-making process based on goals.
• Cooperating with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from product owners, data analysts and engineers in the implementation and testing of the joint projects.
• Collaborating with multiple teams to prioritize business and information needs.

About you:

• You have 3+ years of experience in a similar high-impact and analytical role in Consulting, Investment Banking/Private Equity/Venture Capital, or in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company with a global set-up.
• You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• You have an entrepreneurial work ethic, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.
• You can tackle very loosely defined problems and deliver an organised output.
• You are comfortable working independently and have strong project management capabilities.
• You are a strong collaborator who can communicate and work well with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You can present your ideas, both in written and spoken communication, clearly and concisely in fluent English.
• Knowing the Tech and Mobility industry is an advantage.
• Having Python, SQL, skills is a big plus.
