We’re looking for a Global Maintenance Manager to drive operational excellence across Bolt’s micromobility maintenance network — standardising processes, scaling best practices, and turning fleet data into measurable improvements across 200+ workshops and 200,000+ vehicles worldwide. As our Global Maintenance Manager you will be globally responsible for the quality, efficiency, and safety of vehicle maintenance across all of Bolt’s micromobility markets. You won’t be managing mechanics directly — instead, you’ll lead through influence: setting the standards, building the metrics, and coaching our local Operations Managers and lead mechanics to perform at their best. You’ll sit at the crossroads of field operations, data analytics, and product. Your primary stakeholders are our regional Operations Maintenance Managers (OMMs) and lead mechanics across Europe. You’ll also act as the product owner for the maintenance section to serve as the key link between local teams and the central teams.

At Bolt, every ride order flows through our matching system. The quality of each allocation shapes platform-wide outcomes, affecting how quickly riders are picked up, how efficiently drivers earn, and how well we manage supply and demand across dozens of markets. We are evolving our matching stack from a heuristic-based dispatch system toward a context-aware, probability-based allocation engine powered by machine learning and reinforcement learning. As Principal Product Manager, you will own this transition end to end. You will define the roadmap, build a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and specialists, and be accountable for both the performance of the existing system and the delivery of the next generation. This is a deeply technical role that also requires clear, precise communication with senior stakeholders. You will own the interface between matching and pricing, coordinate experiment rollout across markets, and set the direction for how Bolt allocates supply at scale.

As a Senior Product Designer in the Driver team, you'll lead design across a sub-domain — taking initiatives from problem framing through to shipped experiences, and setting the bar for craft and usability along the way. You'll partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to translate driver insight into product decisions, contribute to roadmap and strategy, and raise the quality bar for design across the wider Driver team. Success in the role will include measurable improvements to driver-facing metrics and stronger, more coherent end-to-end experiences. The first step in our interview process is a Portfolio Review; Please list your portfolio with case studies (and password, if any) on your Resume to help our hiring team gain a better understanding of your skills as a Product Designer.

We are looking for a Product Manager in the Micromobility organization to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our pricing products. In this role, you will be responsible for how we price our fleet of light electric vehicles (e-scooters and e-bikes) to balance user demand with operational sustainability. You will lead a cross-functional team to build the advanced tooling and automation needed to scale our pricing logic globally, while directly shaping the user app experience to ensure a seamless rider journey that achieves our business goals across hundreds of cities. Our Micromobility vertical leads urban transport transformation with one of Europe's largest e-scooter and e-bike fleets. We offer a sustainable, affordable alternative to private cars, managing complex operational and marketplace challenges across varied regulatory and economic landscapes. Pricing is crucial, shaping rider behavior, fleet turnover, and making green mobility accessible. You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem. Main tasks and responsibilities Defining the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with domain(s) and/or vertical objectives and user needs. Designing experiments for deliverables (with your analytics partner) to inform product decisions and positioning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch. Prioritisation of features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and data analysis. Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure product success and iterate on the product based on data insights. Leading and facilitating product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to bring customer delight, great conversion, and quick expansion capability to our Payments team. You’ll be in charge of discovery and delivery in the Bolt marketplace ecosystem end-to-end, contributing to its vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll also keep an eye on the budget and KPIs to make sure we’re hitting our financial and operational goals. In this role, you’ll be building a roadmap that keeps our teams and partners aligned. You'll be part of a team of Analysts, Ops specialists, and Engineers, working closely with teams across all Bolt business lines, plus Tax, Legal, and other departments to drive success for the Payments platform.

In this role, you will own the next phase of Rides Expansion, shifting from geographic market launches to product-led growth through integrations. You will treat Bolt’s integration capability as a scalable product portfolio, building reusable frameworks that unlock new growth opportunities and embed Bolt into adjacent ecosystems rather than relying on one-off market-specific solutions. Your work will span airport integrations, taximeter integration frameworks, partner SDKs, kiosk systems, and embedded mobility partnerships. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Data teams to design durable, API-driven integration architecture across 50+ markets. This is a high-impact platform role with cross-market visibility and long-term structural importance.

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Partner Payments team within Commerce. In this role, you'll make sure payments owed to Bolt are correctly received and accounted for. You'll investigate payment discrepancies, resolve funds that have been allocated to the wrong client or partner account, and identify the root cause of payment issues, whether that's a missing client payment, an outstanding partner debt, or a payment-matching logic issue in a specific market. You'll work with payment logs and transactional data on a daily basis, collaborating closely with local teams, partners, and clients to resolve issues quickly and ensure our payment operations run smoothly.

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join our Rides Product team and help us scale how we ship, communicate, and learn from our users. You'll sit at the intersection of product, data, and operations — making sure the right information reaches the right people, processes run smoothly, and user feedback drives real product decisions. As a Product Operations Specialist on the Rides team, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps our product organisation running effectively. You'll own stakeholder communications — translating complex product developments into clear, actionable updates for everyone in the company. You'll design and improve the processes and tools (Jira, workflows, SOPs) that help product teams move faster with less friction. And you'll monitor driver and rider feedback channels to surface trends and turn raw signals into insights that shape what we build next. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and 50+ markets, ensuring alignment across teams and keeping everyone focused on what matters.
