Marketing and Product Talent Acquisition Specialist (maternity leave cover)
We are looking for a Senior Talent Recruiter to join us in our HQ in Tallinn to help us hire the best talent from all around the world! This is an amazing opportunity to work with 45+ markets on different positions for our Marketing and Product team. You will play a vital role in the team to help us expand our products across Europe, Africa and beyond.

About the role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for our HQ-based role and across our 45+ markets
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to grasp the nuances of each position, team dynamics, cultural alignment, and core values
- Partnering with different business units
- Crafting and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent
- Leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
- Representing Bolt professionally and warmly as the first point of contact
- Consistently delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Actively contributing creative ideas to enhance our processes, improve our employer brand, and elevate our recruitment efforts
About you:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
- Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms
- Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
- Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results
- Experience in a hyper-growth stage tech startup
