As an AI / Agent Engineer, you’ll build and operate AI agents and LLM-powered automation that remove manual effort from Bolt’s internal people processes. Working closely with the Senior AI/Agent Engineer, you'll take well-defined agents, workflows, and components from implementation through evaluation, testing, release, and production support. You'll build within established architecture, platform standards, and boundaries for autonomous action, while contributing your judgement and raising questions when requirements or designs need clarification. Join Bolt as an Integration / Automation Engineer to build integrations, automation, and internal tooling that connect our People Technology ecosystem across HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, identity, and data systems. You'll initially focus on integrations and automation supporting major platform changes, while growing towards agentic and AI-powered automation as the platform evolves. Your work will help create a reliable and scalable People Technology foundation that reduces manual effort and enables smarter automation. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers, supporting them on both day-to-day people topics and long-term priorities. It’s a blend of partnering, advising, and hands-on delivery. You’ll help leaders make informed decisions, drive key People processes, and ensure initiatives are well-designed and effectively implemented. You’ll also collaborate with various People teams to adapt global processes to the local context and ensure consistency and effectiveness in execution. Overall, you’ll act as a strategic partner to leaders, influencing People priorities and shaping approaches that support business performance in your local context.

Join Bolt as a Senior AI/Agent Engineer to build production AI agents that take real action across our People systems. This is a newly formed team, so you'll be setting the patterns rather than inheriting them. You'll transform complex processes spanning HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, goals, learning, and data systems into safe, scalable, and reliable workflows. Your work will reduce manual effort and make critical People processes faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. As the Senior Engineer on the agentic side of the team, you'll own systems end to end — from solution design through evaluation, reliability, and production operation — and set the patterns the rest of the team builds on. You'll work closely with Integration and Analytics Engineers to define the tool contracts and data requirements your agents depend on, while mentoring engineers and contributing strong engineering patterns. As these systems handle sensitive employee data and employment-related processes, you'll apply a particularly high bar for correctness, auditability, safety, and human oversight.

As a Senior Analytics Engineer in the People Analytics team, you will be much more than a data expert — you will actively shape how Bolt understands, plans, and develops its workforce at scale. You will own the People Analytics layer of Bolt's centrally managed data platform, building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers people insights across the company: from headcount planning and hiring to attrition, absence, and compensation analytics. A central part of this role is building the data infrastructure that makes conversational analytics possible. We are actively developing a people data plugin for AI tools, enabling analysts and business stakeholders to query people data in natural language. For that to work, the underlying data needs to be exceptionally clean, well-documented, semantically consistent, and structured with AI consumption in mind. You will own that foundation. You will support People Analytics by building robust pipelines and a trusted semantic layer across the full employee lifecycle. You will own everything between the data producers and data consumers — connecting HRIS with core employee data, ATS with recruitment data, planning and other systems through a modern analytics stack.

As a Senior People Data Analyst at Bolt, you will be the analytical engine behind our people programmes — partnering closely with People Partners and programme owners to design how each programme is measured, deliver the data that powers it, and demonstrate what changed as a result. Your primary focus is the performance and talent review cycles and the employee lifecycle: making these programmes run on reliable data, giving People Partners the insight they need to advise their business areas, and closing the loop on impact. This is a role for someone who brings strategic curiosity and a builder’s mindset. You’ll pair hands-on analytical delivery with the technical depth to build what you need, contribute to Bolt’s conversational analytics capability, and work at the intersection of analytics, AI, and internal tooling.

Join Bolt as a Senior Integration / Automation Engineer to build the integrations and event flows that connect our People Technology ecosystem. You'll work across HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, goals, learning, and data systems, with a strong focus on major platform migrations and reliable data movement between systems. Your work will create the dependable integration foundation that keeps People processes running and enables AI agents to safely act across our technology stack. In this role, you will own integrations in your area from design and delivery through production operations. You'll play a key role as we replace our core HRIS and introduce new performance and goals tools, building for parallel operation, reconciliation, and safe cutovers without disrupting downstream consumers. You'll also partner closely with AI Engineers to provide reliable interfaces for agentic systems, with clear guarantees around validation, idempotency, failure handling, and auditability.
