We are looking for a Junior Activations Specialist for Bolt ride-hailing.

Please note that this is a full-time contract employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is 1573 GEL + Bi-Annual bonuses

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Learn the vast inner working procedures - you will have a direct impact on Riders, Drivers, and/or the Marketplace
- Acquire knowledge of internal programs and what they are used for
- Support drivers through multiple channels successfully
- Create loyal fans by showing them we really care
- Support drivers with answering general questions on the phone and completing the registration and activation steps
- Work in rotating shifts: Morning shift (9am - 6pm)/Evening shift (2pm-11pm)/weekend
About you:
- You are passionate about helping others
- You are interested in new technologies and ride-sharing
- You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- You are detail-oriented and organised
- You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
- You have excellent spoken and written Georgian and English skills
