About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Define and execute vision and strategy for shared identity services across all businesses (Rides, Micromobility, Drive, Market, Food and Business).
- Maintain strong discipline in defining the key quality/cost trade-offs of your identity services (user verification, user authentication, user profile, user communication) and iterate using data insights.
- Collaborate with our business stakeholders to discover new innovative services that compete with some of the industry's giants and drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.
- Identify where technology can reduce friction in operational processes or user flows to improve customer experience and efficiency across the company.
- Lead a cross-functional team across product, engineering, and operations—to deliver the best quality at the best cost for our 100M+ customers—and educate on strategy and roadmap alignment.
- Provide continuous feedback to your team, enable their growth, and guide them in building world-class product management skills.
About you:
- You are a passionate product leader, preferably in a top tech company, where you've shown your ability to drive business growth repeatedly.
- You have successfully launched and scaled identity, trust, verification, or similar deep tech products.
- You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams, and you are fluent in English.
- You can break down complex systems and processes into simple narratives for a best-in-class user experience from both an operational and customer perspective.
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on mindset.
- You are a data-driven problem solver.
