Business Development Manager, Dine-in

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us scale our new Dine-in operations in Warsaw. You will be responsible for acquiring new dine-in business partners, securing perfect onboarding and building lasting relationships with our existing dine-in accounts.

About the role

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Secure New Business and Drive Revenue Growth: Negotiate and close dine-in deals by fostering strong relationships with dine-in business partners in the designated area.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with dine-in business partners through phone, email, and on-site visits to monitor and support their progress towards business objectives. Act as the primary contact for new dine-in business partners, guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing operational and administrative issues.
  • Performance Analysis and Forecasting: Analyse key performance metrics to gain insights for improving dine-in business partner performance. Forecast growth and evaluate the achievement of business goals.
  • Operational Strategy and Execution: Support and refine operational strategies, addressing daily commercial and operational challenges to smooth dine-in business partner activation and ensure alignment with the commercial strategy, particularly for expanding the dine-in business partner base.
  • Innovation and Development: Stay ahead of market shifts and opportunities, understanding new products and their impact on competition. Contribute to the development and refinement of frameworks and playbooks to enhance business practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, campaigns, partner operations, and customer service departments to drive business growth.

About you:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, B2B Sales, or related fields, with a demonstrated history of achieving business growth and sales targets
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with excellent proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional abilities in communication and negotiation, capable of effectively engaging and persuading decision-makers and building strong, long-term relationships with dine-in business partners.
  • Strong analytical abilities, able to leverage data in decision-making processes and problem-solving, particularly in enhancing dine-in performance and business partner success.
  • Excel in quickly adapting to change and proactively addressing challenges with effective, solution-oriented strategies.
