Customer Experience Program Manager
We are looking for a Customer Experience Program Manager to join our Customer Experience Analytics team.

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Managing the Customer Experience improvement & Customer Support change management programs for a business vertical
- Creating program plans: defining tasks, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders
- Ensuring the timely delivery of the tasks within the program scope
- Ensuring the alignment, and frictionless communication exchange between the program’s stakeholders
- Maintaining the program documentations
- Facilitating a feedback loop between the program stakeholders
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in program/project management in a tech industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software & program/project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project etc.)
- Excellent skills in decomposing complex problems into simpler actionable tasks, deadline & time management and group facilitation and organization
- Experience in managing different groups of stakeholders from cross-functional teams
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through the ability to tailor communication about program impact on business, its status, next steps and obstacles across audiences
