About the role

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Managing the Customer Experience improvement & Customer Support change management programs for a business vertical
  • Creating program plans: defining tasks, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of the tasks within the program scope
  • Ensuring the alignment, and frictionless communication exchange between the program’s stakeholders
  • Maintaining the program documentations
  • Facilitating a feedback loop between the program stakeholders

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in program/project management in a tech industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office or equivalent software & program/project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project etc.)
  • Excellent skills in decomposing complex problems into simpler actionable tasks, deadline & time management and group facilitation and organization
  • Experience in managing different groups of stakeholders from cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Strong communication skills demonstrated through the ability to tailor communication about program impact on business, its status, next steps and obstacles across audiences
