Staff/Senior Product Designer, Business

About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Advocating for the user and ensure that design decisions are based on user research and feedback.
- Collaborating with user researchers, conduct usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
- Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability.
- Contribute to or develop design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products.
- Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Managing design projects, adhere to timelines, and balance multiple tasks.
About you:
- You have proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and have shipped digital products that serve millions of users.
- You have designed digital products on mobile and web platforms.
- You have strong proficiency with design tools and software, such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools.
- You should have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user interface and user experience design.
- Your strengths include strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of creativity.
- You possess knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
- You have a proficient command of spoken and written English.
