About the role
Your daily adventures will include:
- Own areas related to commerce: payments, billing, fraud, financial data and integrations, and other.
- Craft and execute on the strategy related to commerce across Bolt.
- Discover and execute on opportunities across financial regulations, services and products.
- Lead a talented team of 125+ in product, engineering and operations together with your engineering partner.
- Work closely with product and operations leaders to make sure their businesses continue to be competitive.
- Contribute to building the best product management organization in Europe as part of the Product Leadership team.
About you:
- 8+ years of experience working on FinTech products in regulated areas including at least 4+ years in a managerial function with a track record of building star teams and deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, operations and product management.
- Superb communication and leadership skills, ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a simple narrative for the rest of the company.
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent verbal and written English is a must.
- You will get extra credits for product management and management experience in fast-paced startup environments.
