You can add a substitute courier to deliver orders on your behalf. Please note that you need to share your courier account with the substitute.

Submitting a substitution request

To make a substitution request, contact our Support team in-app. You will need to enter the following substitute details:

• A clear photo of an identification document containing full name, personal code, date of birth and the expiration date of the document
• Phone number and email
• Date and time of the substitution

Please note that the number of requests received may be affected by this request.

Payment Terms

All earnings will be added to your courier profile.
