We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Mechanic to lead our team of mechanics.

About the role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising a team of mechanics across several cities.
- Analyzing incidents and working with your team to fix technical and mechanical problems.
- Sharing findings with an international team of specialists, so that our company always improves
- Overseeing spare parts inventories and managing spare parts efficiently.
About you:
- You are passionate about fixing technical devices, and you have experience with repairing electric vehicles and e-bikes
- You have a good knowledge of electrical circuits and soldering in English.
- You know efficient processes and workflow management.
- You have experience in leading a team of at least three people.
- You are interested in micro-mobility and sustainability.
- You have good English and Polish language skills.
