Ride safely

Beginner mode
Start slowly and steadily. Until you complete 5 rides, your speed limit is capped at 15 km/h.

Helmets on
Wearing a helmet is strongly advised when riding an electric or a regular scooter.

Ride solo
One scooter, one rider. Bolt's Tandem Riding Detection feature will know if you double up.

Ride sober
No drinking and riding. To unlock scooters at peak hours, you need to pass a cognitive reaction test.
Report a badly parked scooter
If you see a scooter blocking the pavement or parked where it shouldn't be in a city in Poland, report it in the app or via the online form.
