My driver account is suspended

If your account is suspended:

  • You will not be able to go online
  • The reason will be displayed in the app with the required actions, if any
  • For temporary account suspension, the end date or timeline will be also shown in the app
  • If you don't see the date or any timeline relating to the suspension, your account is suspended permanently

Follow the steps relevant to your situation to get your account suspension lifted:

  • Any form of misconduct: The account suspension will be removed automatically after the time shown in the app or after you complete mandatory guidance. If the end date is in one year, contact our Support team within 6 months to appeal the suspension.
  • Missing or expired documents: Upload the valid documents to the Driver Portal
  • Invalid account information: Fill in the correct details in the Driver Portal
  • Verification: Complete the verification process in the app. If your account is still blocked, contact our Support team within 3 months to appeal the suspension.
  • Online time exceeds the allowed limit: The account suspension will be automatically lifted once you’re offline for the time specified in the app.

If any actions are mentioned in the in-app notification about the account suspension, follow the instructions provided to get the suspension removed.
