If you received a notification that your order was delivered, but you did not get it:
Call the courier to confirm the whereabouts of your order. Please contact Support for help if the courier does not answer or the button has expired.
Note for cash orders and orders containing age-restricted items: If you weren’t reachable and did not fetch the order within 5 minutes of Courier’s arrival to your location, the Courier has the right to dispose of the order.
