Bolt x AMG Giveaway Campaign: Your Next Night Out is on Us

These Special Terms and Conditions (“STCs”) are intended to govern participation in the “Bolt x Academy Music Group Giveaway Campaign: Your Next Night Out is on Us” (hereinafter referred to as the “Giveaway” and further described below) promoted by Bolt for the participation of their Customers (the “Participants”).

Participation in the Giveaway is subject to these STCs and supplemented by our Additional Terms. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants accept that these STCs and our Additional Terms are legally binding.

  1. 1. The Giveaway

  1. 1.1. This Giveaway is only available in the United Kingdom and will run during the Giveaway Period. The eligibility requirements for the Giveaway are outlined in clause 3 of these STCs.

  1. 2. Definitions

  1. 2.1. Within the scope of these STCs, the following definitions will apply.

Additional Terms – refers to the Privacy Policy (available here), and the Marketing Campaign Terms (available here).

AMG – means Academy Music Group Limited (company number 03463738), operator of the Venues and co-promoter of the Giveaway together with Bolt.

Bolt – refers to Bolt Services UK Limited (also referred to as we, ours or us) a registered company under the laws of England and Wales, company number: 11063356, registered address: The Leather Market, Unit J, 175 Long Lane, London, SE1 4GT.

Bolt Platform – refers to the Bolt App and any additional software utilised by Bolt for the provision of services to Customers.

Customer(s) – means a user of the Bolt App who is at least 18 years of age.

Draw Date –  means on 01 October 2026 or shortly after completion of the Giveaway.

Participant – is an eligible Customer, pursuant to the eligibility conditions in clause 3.

Prize(s) – includes (i) a pair of standard tickets to a Show at a Venue; and (ii) £100 in Bolt ride credits (comprising 4 ride-hailing credits with a value of £25 each), valid for 12 months from the time the code is sent to the Winner. The ride-hailing credits amount to a set of discounts off the full price of a set number of rides. If the price of the ride is lower than the discount, the discount is applied to the full ride price, and the unused discount cannot be transferred to another ride or by any other means. If the ride price is higher than the discount, the discount is applied to the full price, and the remaining cost of the ride is covered by the Winner via their preferred payment method. Please note that prizes are subject to availability.

Giveaway Period – means  from 00:01 am on 17 September 2026 to 11:59 pm on 1 October  2026.

Show – means a forthcoming event at a Venue between the Draw Date and 31 March 2027, as advertised on the applicable Venue’s website.

STCs – refers to the Special Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

Winner(s) – means the Participant(s) who have fulfilled the criteria in clause 3 and have been selected randomly by Bolt.

Venue(s) – shall include the following venues: O2 Apollo Manchester, O2 Victoria Warehouse Manchester, O2 Academy Birmingham, O2 Forum Kentish Town, O2 City Hall Newcastle, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, O2 Academy Brixton, O2 Academy Bristol, O2 Institute Birmingham, O2 Ritz Manchester, O2 Academy Liverpool, O2 Academy Islington, Edinburgh Corn Exchange, O2 Guildhall Southampton, O2 Academy Leicester, Utilita Arena Cardiff 

  1. 3. Participants in the Giveaway

  1. 3.1. Subject to clause 3.3, all Customers who meet the eligibility requirements described in clause 3.2  will automatically be included in the Giveaway and shall be considered a Participant.

  1. 3.2. To be eligible to become a Participant, Customers must leave a comment containing the 🚗🎸 emojis on the designated giveaway post on Bolt's official Instagram account.

  1. 3.3. Bolt reserves the right to refuse participation in the Giveaway to:

  1. 3.3.1. any Participant who does not comply with these STCs or our Additional Terms;

  1. 3.3.2. any Participant  who has previously violated our Additional Terms;

  1. 3.3.3. any Participant  who engages in fraudulent activity or gives rise to suspicion of fraudulent activity on the Bolt Platform; and/or

  1. 3.3.4. any Participant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intent of the Giveaway.

  1. 4. How to Enter

  1. 4.1. All Customers will automatically be entered into the Giveaway (and shall thereby be considered Participants) provided that they meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 3.

  1. 4.2. Bolt does not accept any liability for Participants’ entries which are not successfully recorded or completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite network or server failure of any kind.
  2. 4.3. Each Participant will be entered into the Giveaway once. It is not possible for a single Participant to win multiple times.

  1. 4.4. No hidden fees shall apply to the Giveaway. Customers will not be charged any fee to enter the Giveaway, and Winners will not be charged any fee to receive the Prize.

  1. 5. Prize Draws

  1. 5.1. A Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. A Prize does not cover any costs or expenses relating to the Winners’ travel or accommodation.

  1. 5.2. A Prize cannot be exchanged or deferred and is not transferable. A Prize will be voided if an attempt to resell or transfer is made by any Winner.
  2. 5.3. While Bolt will endeavour to accommodate a Winner’s reasonable request for tickets to a specific Show or Venue, availability shall be subject to Bolt’s final confirmation. If Bolt is unable to accommodate that request, Bolt shall liaise with the Winner to seek a reasonable alternative.

  1. 6. Winners

  1. 6.1. The Winners will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process on or shortly after the Draw Date.

  1. 6.2. Winners agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the Prize, including any codes of conduct issued by Venues and any other terms made available on the Venues’ websites. Winners who do not comply with any such terms and conditions may be refused entry to the Venue. Staff at a Venue reserve the right to refuse to serve any customer who appears to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly. If a Winner is refused entry to any Venue, the Venues reserve the right to not permit entry to any future shows, and no replacement Prize will be issued.

  1. 7. How the winners will be notified

  1. 7.1. Winners will be notified that they have won via direct message from Bolt's official Instagram account, sent to the Instagram account used to enter the Giveaway. We shall notify the Winners within three business days of the Draw Date.

  1. 7.2. Each Winner shall have 24 hours from receipt of the notification message to accept the Prize and to provide an email address to which future correspondence relating to the Prizes (including in relation to the Winner’s selection of a Show) can be sent. As part of accepting the Prize, each Winner must confirm, and Bolt reserves the right to verify by reasonable means (such as confirmation of the mobile number or email address registered to the Winner's Bolt account), that they satisfy the definition of Customer in these STCs. Bolt reserves the right to disqualify any Winner who cannot demonstrate this within the 24-hour period referred to above.
  2. 7.3. If the Winner cannot be contacted, the Prize is rejected, or if the Winner is subsequently found to be ineligible for a Prize, they will be disqualified and Bolt reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner. If the Prize is withdrawn from any Winner, Bolt reserves the right to offer such Winner's Prize to a replacement Participant who (i) meets the criteria in clause 3 and (ii) is selected randomly by a computer process.

  1. 7.4. Bolt’s decisions regarding any aspect of the Giveaway are final and binding.

  1. 8. How the prizes will be awarded

  1. 8.1. Once the Winners have been successfully contacted and their identities have been verified by us, we will send the Prizes to the Winners via their nominated email address.  

  1. 8.2. The Winners will be announced in a post and tagged in a story on Instagram. By taking any steps in clause 3.2, each Winner agrees that Bolt can use their name and/or image in any social media post relating to this Giveaway.

  1. 9. Personal Data and Publicity

  1. 9.1. Bolt will process Participants’ personal data for the purpose of administering this Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, selecting Winners, contacting Participants and arranging delivery of the Prize, in accordance with Bolt’s Global Privacy Notice for Passengers (available here).  
  2. 9.2. In order to arrange and issue Prizes, Bolt will share a Winner's name and email address (and any other information reasonably necessary to issue tickets) with AMG and/or the relevant Venue. AMG and the Venues will process such personal data as independent controllers in accordance with their own privacy notices, copies of which are available on request.

  1. 9.3. In accordance with these STCs, and by accepting the Prize, the Winners acknowledge that Bolt may publish or make available their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph and video recording of the same), on Bolt’s official communication channels, including its website, social media channels and newsletters. Such use will be limited to what is necessary and proportionate in connection with the Giveaway. Winners may object to such use on reasonable grounds by contacting Bolt at [email protected], in which case Bolt will assess the request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  1. 9.4. Bolt may be required to provide certain information relating to the Winner to regulatory authorities on request, where this is necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by Bolt in its absolute discretion.
  2. 9.5. Bolt may be required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award following the Giveaway took place. To comply with this obligation, Bolt may provide limited information about the Winners, such as their surname and country, to individuals who request such information by contacting us at [email protected] within a reasonable period following the Draw Date but no later than 1 November 2026. If a Winner objects to their surname or country being published or made available, they may contact Bolt by emailing [email protected]. In such circumstances, Bolt reserves the right to instead publish limited information, such as the Winners’ first initials and surnames, except where fuller disclosure is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Bolt may also be required to provide the aforementioned information to the Advertising Standards Authority or other relevant regulatory bodies upon request.

  1. 10. General Conditions

  1. 10.1. The Giveaway is run jointly by Bolt and AMG. AMG is responsible for the issuance and validity of tickets to a Show, admission policies at the Venues, and the conduct of the Show itself. Bolt is responsible for administering entries, selecting Winners, and notifying Winners in accordance with these STCs. Neither Bolt nor AMG shall be liable for any act, omission or default of the other in connection with the Giveaway, except as required by applicable law.

  1. 10.2. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants provide their information to Bolt, not to Instagram or Meta, and each Participant releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway.
  2. 10.3. The interpretation of these STCs and Additional Terms rests exclusively with Bolt. Bolt reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend such terms from time to time.

  1. 10.4. Bolt further reserves the right to change, limit or terminate the Giveaway at any time,  without notice at its sole discretion.

  1. 10.5. Bolt's decision in relation to the selection of Winners is final, and, as far as permitted by law, no claim may be brought in connection with that selection process. As far as it is permitted by law, Bolt, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Bolt, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. In particular, Bolt will not be liable for any obligation you have in respect of any events beyond its reasonable control, any tax implications or liabilities of any Winners of a Prize.

  1. 10.6. Any Participant who participates in the Giveaway will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these STCs and the Additional Terms upon entry into the Giveaway or if the Participant takes any steps to claim a Prize or otherwise participate in the Giveaway.

  1. 10.7. Bolt reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  1. 10.8. Bolt reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.

  1. 11. Applicable legislation and resolution

  1. 11.1. In the event that any of the provisions of these STCs are found to be totally or partially ineffective, this decision will not affect the validity of the remaining parts of these STCs and Additional Terms.

  1. 11.2. Any dispute that may arise in relation to these STCs, Additional Terms and the Giveaway, whether concerning their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, termination or other matters, shall be resolved through negotiations.

  1. 11.3. These STCs will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
