Special Terms and Conditions

These Special Terms and Conditions ("STCs") govern participation in the "Bolt Driver Club: UK Football Final Giveaway" (the "Giveaway") promoted by Bolt  and open to the Participants (as defined below).

Participation in the Giveaway is subject to these STCs and supplemented by our Additional Terms. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants accept that these STCs and our Additional Terms are legally binding.

  1. 1. The Giveaway

  • This Giveaway is only available in the United Kingdom and will run from 10 July 2026 until 19 July 2026  at 7.59 pm BTS time ("Giveaway Period"). The eligibility requirements for the Giveaway are outlined in clauses 3.1 and 4.1 of these STCs.

  • The Giveaway invites eligible Bolt Partners to predict the final score of the summer 2026 football final (the "Match") by commenting their prediction on one of the designated Bolt Driver Club: UK Facebook posts (the “Giveaway Posts”). All correct predictions will be entered into a prize draw and the Winner will be selected in accordance with these STCs.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FIFA.

  1. 2. Definitions

Within the scope of these STCs, the following definitions will apply.

Additional Terms – refers to the General Campaign Terms: Drivers (available here), the Global Privacy Notice for Drivers (available here), and the Fraud Policy (available here).

Bolt – refers to Bolt Services UK Limited (also referred to as we, ours or us), a registered company under the laws of England and Wales, company number: 11063356, registered address: The Leather Market, Unit J, 175 Long Lane, London, SE1 4GT.

Bolt Platform – means the platform provided by Bolt on which Partners can provide Services to customers and/or to Bolt, depending on what the Services are.

Draw Date – means 30 July 2026 or shortly thereafter.

Partner and/or Partners – means Bolt Platform users who access the Bolt Platform to provide Services via a valid Partner Account in accordance with our Additional Terms.

Partner Account – means active Partner accounts considered validly in operation by Bolt.

Eligible Journeys – means completed (i.e. not cancelled) journeys arranged exclusively via the Bolt Platform that are not associated with any irregular activity.

Match – means the summer 2026 football final as identified by Bolt in the Giveaway Post.

Participant(s) – means an eligible Partner referred to in these definitions and as further described in clauses 3.1 and 4.1.

Prize – refers to one (1) 55" Smart TV (approximate retail value £400–£600). The specific brand, model and colour will be determined solely by Bolt. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.

Giveaway Period – 10 July 2026 to 19 July 2026 at 7:59pm BST

STCs – refers to the Special Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

Services – means those services offered by a Partner via  the Bolt Platform.

Winner – means the Participant who has  submitted a correct score prediction, and has been selected randomly in accordance with clause 5 of these STCs.

All capitalised terms not defined otherwise will have the meanings set out in the Additional Terms.

  1. 3. Participants in the Giveaway

  1. 3.1. To be eligible to become a Participant in the Giveaway, Partners must:

  1. 3.1.1. have a valid phone number and email address registered to their Partner Account;

  1. 3.1.2. be an active Partner with a valid Partner  Account;

  1. 3.1.3. have taken an Eligible Journey in the last thirty (30) days prior to the Giveaway Period; and

  1. 3.1.4. be a member of the Bolt Driver Club group on Facebook.

  1. 3.2. Bolt reserves the right to refuse participation in the Giveaway to:

  1. 3.2.1. any Partner who does not comply with these STCs or our Additional Terms;

  1. 3.2.2. any Partner who has previously violated our Additional Terms;

  1. 3.2.3. any Partner who engages in fraudulent activity or gives rise to suspicion of fraudulent activity on the Bolt Platform; or

  1. 3.2.4. any Partner whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intent of the Giveaway.

  1. 3.3. Participants may opt out of the Giveaway after entering by contacting Bolt at [email protected].

  1. 3.4. Bolt reserves the right to terminate the Giveaway at its absolute discretion at any time without notice. If the Giveaway is terminated before the expiry of the Giveaway Period, all Participants acknowledge and accept that any subsequent allocation of the Prize shall be at Bolt’s sole discretion.

  1. 4. How to Enter

  1. 4.1. To enter the Giveaway, eligible Partners must:

  1. 4.1.1. like the Giveaway Post during the Giveaway Period; and

  1. 4.1.2. comment their predicted final score of the Match on one of the Giveaway Posts during the Giveaway Period.

  1. 4.2. Subject to clause 3.1, a Partner will become a Participant once they have completed the steps set out in clause 4.1.

  1. 4.3. Bolt does not accept any liability for entries which are not successfully recorded or completed due to a technical fault, malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, or network failure of any kind.

  1. 4.4. Each Participant is limited to one entry for this Giveaway. Multiple comments will not increase a Participant’s chances of winning the Giveaway.

  1. 5. Prize Draw & Selection

  1. 5.1. Following the conclusion of the Match, Bolt will identify all Participants who submitted a correct prediction of the final score.

  1. 5.2. From all Participants with a correct prediction, one (1) Winner will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process on or shortly after the Draw Date.

  1. 5.3. In the event that zero Participants submit a correct prediction, Bolt reserves the right at its sole discretion to either not award the Prize to any Participant or to randomly select a Winner from the closest predictions.

  1. 6. Prizes

  1. 6.1. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize cannot be exchanged and is not transferable.

  1. 6.2. The Winner will be announced on the Bolt Driver Club Facebook page and via official Bolt communication channels by 1 August 2026.

  1. 6.3. Once the Winner has been announced on the Bolt Driver Club, the Winner will have 7 calendar days to accept the Prize by contacting Bolt at [email protected]. If the Winner does not contact Bolt within 7 calendar days of the announcement, if the Prize is rejected, or if the Winner is subsequently found to be ineligible for the Prize, they will be disqualified. Bolt reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the Winner at its sole discretion. If the Prize is withdrawn, a replacement Participant who meets the criteria in clauses 3.1 and 4.1 may be, at Bolt’s sole discretion, selected randomly by a computer process as the new Winner.

  1. 6.4. Once the Winner has successfully contacted Bolt and their identities have been verified by Bolt, Bolt will make arrangements for the Winner to collect their Prize at a Bolt hub. If a Winner does not have a Bolt hub within a reasonable distance from their home address, Bolt shall arrange postage of the Prize to the Winner.

  1. 6.5. Bolt's decisions regarding any aspect of the Giveaway are final and binding.

  1. 7. Personal Data and Publicity

  1. 7.1. Bolt will process Participants' personal data for the purpose of administering this Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, selecting the Winner, contacting Participants and arranging collection or delivery of the Prize, in accordance with Bolt's Privacy Policy.

  1. 7.2. By accepting the Prize, the Winner consents to  Bolt’s use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs and video recordings of the same)  for the purpose of announcing the results of the Giveaway and promoting the Giveaway across Bolt's official communication channels, including its website, social media accounts and newsletters. Such use will be limited to what is necessary and proportionate in connection with the Giveaway. The Winner may object to such use on reasonable grounds by contacting Bolt at [email protected].

  1. 7.3. Bolt may be required to provide certain information relating to the Winner, such as name and winning entry details, to regulatory authorities (including but not limited to the Advertising Standards Authority) upon request where necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

  1. 7.4. We may be required to publish or make available information demonstrating that a valid award following the Giveaway took place. To comply with this obligation, Bolt may provide limited Winner information (such as the surname and country of the Winner) to anyone who requests such information by contacting us at [email protected] within a reasonable period following the Draw Date but no later than 31 December 2026. A Winner who objects to such information being made available in this way may contact Bolt at [email protected]. In such circumstances, Bolt reserves the right to instead publish the Winner’s first initial and surname.

  1. 8. General Conditions

  1. 8.1. The Giveaway will be run by Bolt.

  1. 8.2. Bolt does not accept any claim relating to the selection of the Winner nor any liability, direct or indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way from the Giveaway.

  1. 8.3. The interpretation of these STCs and Additional Terms rests exclusively with Bolt. Bolt reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend such terms from time to time.

  1. 8.4. Bolt reserves the right to change, limit or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice in its sole discretion.

  1. 8.5. Any Partner who participates in the Giveaway will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these STCs and/or the Additional Terms.

  1. 8.6. Bolt reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these STCs and/or the Additional Terms.

  1. 9. Applicable Legislation and Resolution

  1. 9.1. In the event that any of the provisions of these STCs are found to be totally or partially ineffective, this decision will not affect the validity of the remaining parts of these STCs and Additional Terms.

  1. 9.2. Any dispute that may arise in relation to these STCs, Additional Terms and/or the Giveaway, whether concerning their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, termination or other matters, shall be resolved through negotiations.

  1. 9.3. These STCs and the Giveaway will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
