What is a Work Profile?
The Work Profile is a free feature in your Bolt app that makes it easy to separate payment methods when riding for business and pleasure. Every time you pay for a ride using your Work Profile a pre-filled digital receipt will go straight to an email of your choice.
Why should I use a Work Profile?
It’s the easiest way to travel for work and claim the money back or charge your employer directly.
How do I get a Work Profile?
Open the Bolt app, go to Expense your rides, and follow the simple onscreen steps to get going. Add your work email and payment method and you’re ready to ride for work.
Can I connect my Work Profile with an expense provider?
You can connect your company’s expense system (such as SAP® Concur® and Rydoo) so that all receipts for your Bolt rides will be forwarded on to the expense provider.
Is the Work Profile available in my country?
Work Profiles can be created in most countries where we operate but not all. If you live in a country where we’re currently unable to offer Work Profiles, such as Hungary, you may want to consider a Bolt Business account.
