If you want to add a new vehicle:
- And the car is yours: fill in the new car application in the Vehicles tab in the Driver Portal
- And you are part of the fleet: approach your fleet owner to request a new car to be added. If the vehicle is already registered on the platform, contact our Support team.
Your vehicle application will be verified by the local team within 24 hours. Once it was approved, you will see the new car on your profile.
Note that you must inform the NTA of which vehicle you will be operating prior to any working shift.
Please wait for the vehicle application to be approved. Driving a vehicle that was not approved may lead to account access suspension.
