The booking fee of €2 is an additional fee, applicable to every trip a passenger requests, as mandated by the National Transport Authority ↗. The fee is manually added to the riders' fare for both cash and in-app payment (card) trips by the driver. No commission is applied to booking fees.
According to the National Transport Authority, a €1 fee should also be added to the fare:
- For each additional adult passenger
- For every additional 2 passengers under the age of 12
