Lithuania Driver Survey Terms and Conditions

 

  1. By participating in this survey, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) as a Transport Service Provider (Bolt driver/Bolt taxi driver).
  2. The opportunity to win a voucher is open to all eligible Transport Service Providers on the Bolt platform based in Lithuania who have provided their contact details to Bolt and completed the allocated survey. Complete all questions within the provided survey to be eligible.
  3. The prize draw will automatically include all eligible Transport Service Providers who complete the survey by 31 July 2024, ending 11:59 p.m., and provide their contact details to enable notification in the event of winning the voucher draw. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
  4. By entering the voucher draw, you confirm that you're eligible to do so and eligible to claim any voucher you may win as a Transport Service Provider using the Bolt Platform. To verify your eligibility, you must be an active on the Bolt platform, be based in Lithuania, and comply with Bolt’s terms.
  5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  6. Transport Service Providers on the Bolt platform can enter the voucher draw for free.
  7. Bolt will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  8. The voucher will be equal to the value of €30. 
  9. The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries via automated computer software.
  10. The voucher is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no alternative will be offered.
  11. Bolt reserves the right to substitute vouchers with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Bolt’s control make it necessary.
  12. Bolt’s decision regarding any aspect of the voucher draw is final and binding.
  13. The winner will be notified on 7 August 2024 via the contact details provided in the survey.
  14. Bolt will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
  15. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the voucher, and Bolt reserves the right to randomly draw and notify a new winner under the same T&Cs as the original draw.
  16. The voucher will be delivered via the Transport Service Provider’s account, and they will receive a confirmation email once administered. Bolt reserves the right to use alternative means of delivering the voucher to the Transport service provider if necessary.
  17. To complete the survey, you need internet access. Completing the survey involves hardware, software, and internet access, and your ability to complete it may be affected by their performance. You agree that such requirements are your responsibility. Bolt does not hold responsibility for survey accessibility.
  18. Bolt does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the voucher draw or being selected for the voucher, save that Bolt does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence as required by law only.
  19. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Bolt reserves the right to cancel the voucher draw or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice but will endeavour to minimise the effect on entrants to avoid undue disappointment.
  20. Data relating to the winner(s) and eligible Transport Service Provider entrants will only be used in accordance with Bolt’s existing Privacy Policy to facilitate this survey and draw vouchers between Bolt and Transport Service Providers on the Bolt platform, as well as to analyse survey results as per Bolt’s legitimate interest in improving our surveys. All rights available under current data protection law are reserved. Individual Transport Service Provider data will not be publicly disclosed to third parties without express consent. Bolt may share personal data with other entities within the Bolt group, providers of online cloud storage services, and other essential IT services under appropriate international data transfer safeguards of the applicable law, such as standard contractual clauses. Safeguard details can be requested at [email protected]. Bolt will process the Transport Service Providers personal data until the purposes of processing cease to exist, but not longer than 12 months. Bolt reserves the right to make aggregated results of the survey publicly available but will honour the anonymity of the individual Transport Service Providers involved at all times in a public domain and no Transport Service Providers will be identifiable.
  21. All eligible drivers acknowledge that if there is any discrepancy between these T&Cs and existing driver Terms for Bolt, the latter will prevail.
