Coca-Cola, Sprite and Fanta Giveaway - Bolt Food | Lithuania | 2026
Campaign Terms and Conditions
1. The organiser of the Campaign is Bolt Operations OÜ, registry code 14532901, address Vana-Lõuna 15, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia ("Bolt" or the "Organiser").
2. The Campaign runs from 28 August 2026 at 00:00 until 13 September 2026 at 23:59, inclusive, according to the local time in the relevant Campaign country (the "Campaign Period").
3. The Campaign is available through the Bolt Food platform in the relevant Campaign country and only at participating restaurants and stores displaying the Campaign offer in the Bolt Food application.
4. Participation is open to natural persons who: (i) have a valid individual Bolt Food account registered in that country; (ii) place a qualifying order through the Bolt Food platform from a participating restaurant or store located in the relevant Campaign country; (iii) comply with the Bolt Food client terms; and (iv) are at least 18 years old. Employees directly involved in organising or administering the Campaign, including relevant employees of the Bolt group, Coca-Cola and engaged agencies, are not eligible to participate.
5. To participate, a person must, during the Campaign Period, place and successfully complete a paid Bolt Food order from a participating restaurant or store that contains at least two Eligible Products. “Eligible Products” are any Coca-Cola, Sprite or Fanta branded products available for purchase from a participating restaurant or store through the Bolt Food platform. Eligible Products may be mixed and matched within the same order.
6. Each successfully completed qualifying order constitutes one entry into the draw, irrespective of whether the order contains more than two Eligible Products. A participant may submit multiple qualifying orders during the Campaign Period, and each qualifying order constitutes a separate entry.
7. An order does not qualify, or its entry may be removed, if the order is cancelled, fully refunded, reversed, subject to a chargeback, not successfully completed or paid, or if Bolt has reasonable grounds to consider the order or entry fraudulent, abusive, artificially generated or otherwise contrary to these Terms or the Bolt Food client terms. A partial refund caused solely by the unavailability of a non-Eligible Product will not disqualify the order, provided that at least two Eligible Products were successfully supplied and paid for.
8. By completing a qualifying order after having been given access to these Terms, the participant enters the Campaign subject to these Terms. Participation does not affect any statutory consumer rights relating to the order or the purchased products.
9. Ten winners will be selected in the relevant Campaign country. Each winner may choose one of the following prizes: (i) a single-use promotional code granting a discount of up to EUR 50 on Bolt Food items; or (ii) a promotional code granting a six-month Bolt+ subscription at no charge.
10. If the winner chooses the EUR 50 Bolt Food promotional code, the code will grant a 100% discount on Bolt Food items in one order, up to a maximum value of EUR 50. Any unused value will not carry over to another order. Delivery, small order and service fees are not covered and remain payable. The code will expire 30 days from the date it is sent to the winner. If the winner chooses the Bolt+ promotional code, the code must be activated within 30 days from the date it is sent and will grant a Bolt+ subscription at no charge for six consecutive months from activation. The subscription will end automatically at the end of the six-month period, will not renew or convert into a paid subscription, and the winner will not be charged. Promotional codes are personal and may not be transferred, sold, refunded or exchanged for cash. The use of Bolt+ is otherwise subject to the applicable Bolt+ Subscription Terms, except that the prize subscription will end automatically after six months, will not renew and no subscription fee will be charged.
11. Each participant may win no more than one prize in the Campaign. If the same participant is selected more than once, the later selection will be disregarded and another winner will be selected.
12. The winners and 10 reserve winners will be selected by a computer-generated random selection from all valid entries on 16 September 2026. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection, subject to clause 11.
13. Bolt will contact each selected winner through the email address linked to the winner’s Bolt Food account within 7 (seven) business days after the draw. The winner must confirm their choice of prize within 5 (five) business days after Bolt’s message. Bolt will send the promotional code for the selected prize to the same email address. If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not confirm their choice within the deadline, refuses the prize or the promotional code cannot be delivered, Bolt may award the prize to a reserve winner.
14. Any tax reporting or payment obligations relating to the prize will be handled and fulfilled by Bolt or the winners as appropriate in accordance with applicable law.
15. Bolt may amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond Bolt's control, legal or regulatory requirements, fraud, technical failure or another material circumstance preventing the Campaign from being conducted fairly. Bolt will publish any change through the same channel as these Terms.
16. For the purpose of administering the Campaign, Bolt processes participant personal data already associated with their Bolt Food accounts and qualifying orders, including account identifiers, contact details, qualifying order information, entry and draw records, eligibility information, communications and prize selection and fulfilment records. The data are used to verify entries and eligibility, conduct and document the draw, contact winners, award prizes, prevent and investigate misuse, handle complaints and comply with legal obligations. Contact details will be used where necessary to contact winners and award the prizes.
17. Bolt processes personal data where necessary to administer the Campaign and award the prizes in order to perform these Terms. Bolt also processes personal data based on its legitimate interests in conducting a fair Campaign, preventing and investigating misuse, resolving disputes, as well as keeping appropriate records and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations.
18. Coca-Cola and any engaged campaign agencies will not receive participants’ or winners’ personal data from Bolt in connection with the Campaign.
19. Campaign-specific entry, draw and prize records will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Campaign and deal with complaints, fraud investigations or legal claims, in accordance with Bolt’s retention rules. Further information about Bolt's processing practices and participants' data protection rights is available in the applicable Bolt Food Privacy Notice: https://bolt.eu/en-lt/privacy/.
20. Questions and complaints concerning the Campaign may be submitted through the support function in the Bolt Food application.
21. These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or a competent court.
22. The Lithuanian-language version of these Terms prevails in relation to participants in Lithuania. Any English version is provided for information only.
