“Pay with Luminor and get a discount on Bolt” Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. General

 1.1. Bolt Operations OÜ, address Vana-Lõuna tn 15, 10134, Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 14532901 (Bolt) is the organiser of the Campaign “Pay with Luminor and get a discount on Bolt” (Campaign).

 1.2. Luminor Bank AS with company number 11315936, address: Liivalaia 45, 10145, Tallinn, Republic of Estonia (represented in Republic Lithuania by its Lithuanian branch (registration number: 304870069) (Luminor) is the authorized payment processing partner of the Campaign.

 1.3. The Campaign will take place in Lithuania during the period 11/02/26 - 11/08/26 (GMT +3) (“Campaign Term”), and will be organized and run in the Bolt application for ridehailing.

 1.4. The procedure of the Campaign is established in current Terms and Conditions and in the conditions specified in the promotional and additional materials of the Campaign, which are mandatory for all Participants.

2. Participation in the Campaign

 2.1. The Campaign is open to all natural persons aged 18 or older (or who have full legal capacity under the laws of their country of citizenship).

 2.2. To take part, you must:

 2.2.1. Have a registered Bolt account for ridehailing or Bolt Food;

 2.2.2. Choose Luminor as your payment method when paying for a Bolt car ride or at Bolt Food Platform in Lithuania during the Campaign Term and

 2.2.3. Belong to one of the User Category as described in clause 3.1. of these Terms and Conditions

 2.2.4. Follow these Terms and Conditions, Bolt’s General Terms (available here), and Luminor General Business Terms (available here)

 2.3. The discount may be redeemed only once per user during the Campaign Term

3. Campaign offer and country specific terms

 3.1. User categories eligible to participate in the Campaign (User category):

 3.1.1. “New User” means a person who has never used Bolt ridehailing service before, or who has not previously downloaded the Bolt ridehailing app.

 3.1.2. “Existing User” means a person who has an active Bolt account for ridehailing and has used Bolt ridehailing services before, but who has never used Luminor as a payment method within the Bolt app for ridehailing.

3.2. Platform specific terms

Bolt Mobility: For eligible Users within the applicable User Category 40% off on up to two rides per user, with a maximum discount of €2.2 per ride in Lithuania and a total incentive cap of €4.5 in Lithuania across Bolt Mobility Platform. The discount may be redeemed only once per user (i.e. regardless of the number of payment cards added) and shall apply only to the user’s first two eligible rides, paid with a Luminor Card with valid BIN numbers (BIN products: Visa Debit: 422074 & Luminor Black: 478586). Offer may only be redeemed once per qualifying user. This offer will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. The offered on a first come, first served basis.

Bolt Food Platform: For eligible Users within the applicable User Category 30% off the total order price on up to one order per user, calculated before any other item-level or order-level discounts and capped at €3 per order in Lithuania. Shall apply only to orders paid using the Luminor Card with valid BIN numbers (BIN products: Visa Debit: 422074 & Luminor Black: 478586). The discount shall apply only to the value of goods and shall exclude delivery fees and any other additional fees. Offer may only be redeemed once per qualifying user. This offer will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. The offered on a first come, first served basis.

4. Prohibited activities

 4.1. The Participant will not engage in any fraudulent, unethical or unlawful activity, any activity which is not transparent to Bolt, or any activity that intentionally or unintentionally misuses or circumvents the Campaign.

 4.2. The Participant will not provide false or misleading information to Bolt (incl. age, legal capacity etc.).

5. Campaign Management

 5.1. By participating in the Campaign, the Participants confirm that they have read and agree to the Campaign Terms.

 5.2. Should circumstances of force majeure appear, Bolt or Luminor shall have the right to discontinue the Campaign without prior notice or any consequences. If possible, Bolt shall provide notice of such discontinuation through Bolt’s website, in client communications, e-mails and/or social media channels.

 5.3. Bolt and/or Luminor reserves the right to suspend, amend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice, including for technical, commercial, or legal reasons. Bolt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such suspension, amendment, or termination. Where required by law, Bolt will notify Participants of material changes through the Bolt app or official communication channels.

 5.4. Bolt and Luminor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to provide a discount due to technical issues, system errors, network outages, payment processing errors or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bolt’s and/or Luminor total liability arising from or in connection with this Campaign shall not exceed the monetary value of the discount available to the Participant.

 5.5. These Campaign Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court, Estonia.

6. Privacy

 6.1. The Organizer processes the personal data of the participants in the Campaign in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data, including the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016.

 6.2. Bolt and Luminor will each process your personal data as independent data controllers. Each data controller is responsible for its own processing of personal data.

 6.3. Bolt will only use your personal data to communicate with you about the Campaign through direct marketing and in-app notifications, in line with our privacy notices. 7. Contact Bolt or Luminor

 7.1. All complaints, questions related to the organisation of the Campaign must be presented to Bolt via following e-mail [email protected] or by post at Bolt Operations OÜ, Vana-Lõuna tn 15, Tallinn, 10134 during the Term of the Campaign. Bolt will not process complaints regarding the Campaign which will be sent later them after 1 (one) day from the Term of the Campaign.
