First, unlock the car’s charging port. For front-charging vehicles, please push the “unlock charging cap” button on the left of the steering wheel.
Next, unplug the car’s charging cable and stop the charging process.
For fast-charging stations, you do this by touching the plastic tag attached to the car key to the designated area of the charging station and pressing “Stop.”
For other stations, unlock the car or push the “unlock charging cap” button.
