All Bolt Drive cars are regularly washed and serviced. However, if the car is dirty at the start of your trip, you can wash it yourself once per trip and we'll refund the cost of the wash.
Please save the receipt and reach out to our Support team via the app with the following information:
- Photos of the vehicle taken before and after the wash
- A clear photo of the receipt showing the cost of the wash.
