In Latvia, when paying by cash, the full order amount must be paid at the moment of delivery.
When confirming a cash payment, you can only enter:
- the exact order amount, or
- €0.00
If the customer can't pay the exact amount in cash, enter €0.00 in the Received From Client field and don't hand over the order to the customer.
