If you've accidentally taken the car keys or charging card, use the car filter "My last cars" to see if the car you used is available.
If it's available, reserve it, go to the car, and place the item in the cup holder.
If it has been over two hours since the keys were taken, we may have replaced them, and the car may have moved. In this case, please follow the instructions below:
- Tallinn, Estonia: Drop off the car keys at the postbox outside our office at Vana-Lõuna 15
- Rīga and Jūrmala, Latvia: Please contact our Support team via the app.
- Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda, Lithuania: Please contact our Support team via the app.
- Berlin, Germany: Drop off the car keys at the Berlin Bolt office at Karl-liebknecht-Straße 29, 10178, Berlin (open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00)
We may charge a penalty for keys not returned on time or lost keys, so it's important to return them without delay.
