Registration will require you to use the following: -PE Number or Company Registration Certificate. -VAT Certificate. -Transport Operator Licence. -Picture of your ID Card. To receive payouts, you are required to add your: - Email address. - VAT number. - Bank account details: recipient, IBAN, and SWIFT code.

We accept all EU and Non-EU national ID cards that are still within the validity period.

Companies and other forms of commercial partnerships are formed by agreement between shareholders/members and must be registered at the Malta Business Registry. A limited liability company is one of the vehicles which may be chosen for conducting a business activity. An important advantage of the limited liability company is that the liability of the shareholders is limited to the amount which remains unpaid on their shares. Like the other types of partnerships, a company is a legal person distinct from its shareholders and the assets and liabilities of the company are separate from those of its shareholders. A company may be formed by one shareholder only (single member company), who may also be the sole director and secretary of the company.

A PE number, also known as Permission to Employee number, is required by all taxpayers who employ individuals in Malta. The PE number must be obtained by the employers in order to be able to retain and pay the taxes related to the national insurance for their employees.

Taxable individuals are required to register for VAT through the electronic VAT Online Services Portal of the Commissioner for Revenue of Malta. Taxable persons are those who engage in economic activities, regardless of whether it is full-time or part-time. However, if a person who does not carry out an economic activity but occasionally makes an intra-community supply of new means of transport, they are considered a taxable person.

This is required for vehicle owners, Fleet Partners and Self-Employed drivers. The Operator Licence allows the holder to operate Light Passenger Transport Vehicles. This licence can be issued and obtained at TM - Transport Malta headquarters by submitting an application online.

In accordance with the Motor Vehicles Registration and Licensing Act and all Subsidiary Legislation, every motor vehicle to be used on the road must have a valid licence. This licence can be issued and obtained at TM - Transport Malta headquarters by submitting an application online.

This is also called Vehicle Logbook. It is issued by the TM - Transport Malta.

To register Y-plate vehicles for inner lane access, applicants are to submit an application form at Malta International Airport’s Main Car Park Kiosk.

The vehicle photo has to present the full vehicle (front and side) additionally the number plate must be visible in the picture also.
