To and from KLIA
The KLIA airport queuing system aims to ensure smooth operations, reduce congestion, and provide a better experience for both drivers and passengers. Queue numbers are assigned automatically by the system and cannot be manually set or adjusted.

The Airport Queuing System
When you arrive at the designated airport waiting areas, you will automatically enter Bolt's virtual queue. The driver with the longest waiting time gets the next incoming trip.
Note:

If you do not accept the first trip allocated to you, you will be placed at the end of the queue.

If you leave the set waiting area and do not return within the suggested timeframe, you will lose your spot in the queue.

Setting your own Custom Pricing or specific Driver Destination may limit your incoming order requests, regardless of the queue number.
