The following documents are required to become a Bolt Partner in Malaysia

PUSPAKOM Inspection Certificate​

Note: In Compliance with Malaysia's e-hailing regulations, only vehicles manufactured less than 15 years old will be accepted. However, vehicles aged 14 years+ will not be able to renew the road tax beyond 15 years.

PSV-D License
This license is required in order to provide e-hailing services in Malaysia.
PUSPAKOM Inspection Certificate
The PUSPAKOM Inspection Certificate confirms that a vehicle meets safety and environmental standards.
E-hailing drivers need it if their vehicle is 3 years old or above to operate legally and keep their license active.
Car Grant/VOC
This Vehicle Ownership Cerificate (VOC) document is issued to prove vehicle ownership during the purchase of vehicle or during transfer of ownership.
