Mini Driver Center Location & Hours
Please bring your National Identity Card (NRIC/MyKAD), Driving License, PSV License, Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) or Vehicle Grant, active Road Tax, and E-hailing Insurance Coverage Notes.
Profile Photo Guidelines
Your profile photo helps riders recognize you. Please upload a clear and recent photo. Remove hats, sunglasses, or hoodies, except for regular glasses or religious head coverings.
Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad)
The Malaysian Identity Card, known as MyKad, can be obtained through the Official MyGovernment Portal. Only Malaysian citizens can become e-hailing drivers in Malaysia.

Competent Driving License (CDL)
You must have a Class D, Competent Driving License (CDL) from Malaysia.

Road Tax
Malaysians must pay road tax and vehicle insurance before using their vehicles on the road. This document is usually valid for one year and needs to be renewed annually.

The PUSPAKOM Inspection Certificate confirms your vehicle meets safety and environmental standards. E-hailing drivers need this if their vehicle is 3 years old or more to operate legally and keep their license active.

The Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) is issued as proof of vehicle ownership upon purchase or transfer of ownership.

E-hailing Insurance Coverage
E-hailing insurance is mandatory for all drivers involved in e-hailing activities in Malaysia.

Vehicle Age and Road Tax Requirements
To comply with Malaysian E-hailing regulations, only vehicles less than 15 years old are accepted. Vehicles aged 14 years and above cannot renew road tax beyond 15 years. Malaysian drivers must pay road tax and vehicle insurance before using their vehicles on the road. These documents are valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
