Step-by-Step Reboarding Process

Step 1: Express Your Interest

Tap the "Reboarding" button below and fill in the form with your updated details. We’ll review your submission within 1–3 working days.

Step 2: Submit Required Documents

If you’re rejoining with a different vehicle, make sure you have the following valid documents ready: Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) or Vehicle Grant (required) E-Hailing Insurance Cover Note (first page only) (required) The document must clearly show: Car Plate Car Model Expiry Date Year of Manufacture Confirmation of E-Hailing coverage Road Tax (Lesen Kenderaan Motor) (optional, but recommended) For newer vehicles, the insurance cover note may not display the expiry date. In such cases, uploading the Road Tax will help us confirm the vehicle’s validity period. Ensure all documents: Documents must be clear and not blurry If you're the owner, the name and vehicle details must match your profile If you're using a rented car, documents must match the vehicle plate number you wish to register Are still valid (not expired)

Step 3: Bolt Review & Follow-up
