Introduction

What is the Entrepreneur Card?

A taxi entrepreneur card is required for taxi operators in the Netherlands. This card identifies you as a licensed operator and unlocks the BCT (Belgian Taxi Drivers’ License) to reliably record your driving and rest times. The card is issued by the KIWA Register on behalf of the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management.
