Documents Required
Driving License
You must submit a picture of both the front side and back side of the document. All data must be visible on the document.

Criminal Record Certificate
A criminal record certificate (zaświadczenie o niekaralności) is an official document that confirms that you are clean before the law in Poland and have not been previously convicted. The National Criminal Registry (Krajowy Rejestr Karny) is responsible for issuing this document.

ID card/ Passport
Every Polish citizen 18 years of age or older residing permanently in Poland is required to have an identity card (Polish: Dowód osobisty, lit. 'personal proof') issued by the local office of civic affairs. You must submit a front and back of the document.

Taxi ID
Every taxi driver is required by law to have this document. It is issued to a specific driver. PLEASE NOTE: Every city will have a different looking one. This picture is showing an example from Gdansk.

Vehicle Picture
As part of the registration process, you will be required to upload photos of your car and its interior. This way we can verify whether the car complies with city guidelines.
Vehicle Registration Certificate
Vehicle registration certificates are issued by the starosta (or city president in cities with powiat status) for the place of residence or seat of the vehicle's owner. The document is delivered as a single document. It confirms that the vehicle is allowed in traffic. The confirmation of the conducted technical inspection and the date of the next roadworthiness test is noted in the “Next technical inspection has to be conducted before...” or “Date of the technical inspection” cells , depending on the certificate form.
