How do I cancel Bolt Plus?

You can cancel your membership in your Bolt app 24 hours before its renewal. If you cancel within 14 days of the beginning of your membership, you will be entitled to a refund. If you cancel any time after 14 days of the beginning of your membership — the amount will not be refunded; however, your membership benefits will still be available until the end of your membership period.

Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can also check, cancel and manage your membership in your Bolt app.

Where can I use Bolt Plus?

Bolt Plus benefits are valid only within the country in which you've signed up for membership. Please note that Rides benefits do not cover Bolt for Business rides. The free delivery benefit is applicable to all restaurants and stores marked with the Bolt Plus logo in the Bolt Food app.

Your ride request reach drivers more often to offer a shorter wait time, even during high demand or low driver availability.

How does cashback work?

Get Bolt Balance cashback on all rides. Cashback is automatically added to your Bolt Balance within 20 minutes of completing your ride and the amount depends on your region. Once earned, cashback is automatically applied to the next time you pay for any service Bolt provides, unless your selected payment method is cash or Bolt for Business. Cashback cannot be transferred to others.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your membership from your Bolt profile. You can pause it for up to 2 months at no cost and resume it at any time. After 30 days of active use, you’ll be able to pause it again. Please note that pausing is not available during the free trial or grace period.

How does the free delivery benefit work?

Delivery is free up to a maximum saving per order, with the amount varying by region. Simply place your orders as usual at participating venues marked with the Bolt Plus logo and your benefits will be applied automatically.
