Bolt Shipping: What you need to know as a driver

• When you accept the order, you celebrate aDelivery Agreement directly with the customer/sender

• You have to deliver the package to the address indicated.

• Once delivered, you mark the trip as"Completed"in the app.

Important: Bolt provides the platform, butThe delivery agreement is between you and the customer.

The following packages are not allowed (Excluded Packages):

• Items that weigh more than15 kgor that they don't fit comfortably in your vehicle.
• Cash, cards, jewelry, or high-value items.
• Weapons, ammunition, or articles designed for attack or defense.
• Flammable, explosive, toxic or hazardous substances.
• Drugs or illegal substances.
• Stolen goods.
• Products whose value exceeds100.000 Gs.
• Items that require special permits or are prohibited by law.
• Food, alcoholic beverages and tobacco.

Your safety is our priority.

If when picking up the package:

• You discover that it's an excluded package, or
• You have reason to think it may be dangerous or suspicious,

You will be able to reject the order without receiving any penalty; you just need to contact Bolt support and explain the situation.

You will not be penalized for protecting your safety or acting in accordance with the rules.

Very important: You are not authorized to open, modify, or tamper with the package under any circumstances. You have to hand it in or return it exactly as you received it.

If the customer or recipient is unavailable:

• Please wait up to 5 minutes at the delivery point.
• If the delivery is not completed or the customer cancels after you have picked up the package, contact support. You may need to drop off the package at the Bolt Driver Support Center, or support may help you arrange a follow-up meeting with the customer.
