If the recipient doesn’t show up:
- Try to contact the recipient via a phone number provided by the sender, i.e. user who requested the ride
- If you can’t reach them and the recipient doesn’t show up within 5 minutes (or the time you agreed upon with the sender), you can leave the drop-off location
- If the parcel can’t be delivered to the recipient, bring it to one of the nearest police stations within 24 hours or the next business day if the ride was on a weekend
- Inform the sender about the office address
- Before leaving the drop-off location, inform our Support team about the situation and the parcel’s future location.
- You can also return the parcel to the passenger using one of the independent delivery services within a reasonable period, but not more than 3 days from the date of non-delivery. Payment for the delivery service will be made at the recipient's (ride requester's) expense.
