Referral bonus not received

The referral bonus is automatically added to your driver's balance and is paid out with your weekly payout, if the campaign conditions have been fully met. The specific bonus amount and conditions for your city are visible in the Bolt Driver app.

If you did not receive the bonus, make sure that the referred driver:

  • Is a new Bolt user, with no previous registrations
  • Has registered to work in the same city as you
  • Has fulfilled the campaign conditions.
