Legal Counsel
We are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to provide everyday legal support to CEE markets with a specific focus on Poland.

About the role
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Review products, features, and initiatives to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Draft and manage commercial agreements and end-user terms of use, consumer disclosures, and FAQs.
- Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal teams, including operations, product, business development, advertising, and sales.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Tax, Privacy, Product Legal, and Policy.
- Develop proactive relationships with these teams to anticipate legal and commercial risks.
- Manage litigation, external legal support, and internal resources like playbooks and templates.
About you:
- You have completed a legal qualification from a reputable law school.
- You have 3 to 6 years of experience, preferably at a law firm or an international company, with legal support for tech-enabled products and cross-border work.
- You are fluent in English and Polish (mandatory).
- You are well-versed in consumer protection and legal aspects of the gig economy.
- You are excellent at legal drafting and love people and project management, with a solution and business-oriented mindset.
- You are proactive, an analytical thinker with a hands-on approach, and deliver your work on time while maintaining an overview.
