People Analytics is an HR function on a mission to help leaders make data-informed people decisions. We leverage People science and analytics to build better people data products using qualitative research, technology, data science, and organisational psychology.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll directly influence product development and enjoy an incredible scope of ownership. We dedicate our time to research, experiments, and insights discovery. We’re a team of technical and highly skilled professionals who mainly tackle two types of tasks: feature delivery and feature discovery.

Our team helps to facilitate faster decision-making and a data-driven culture. As a part of the team, you’ll work with significant volumes of data to derive insights and directly impact how we grow as a business globally. You’ll play a key role in improving our analytics processes, frameworks, and infrastructure, collaborating with analysts from other functions, including Product, Operations, and Commerce.

Our team is the strategic and financial analytics function enabling growth and profitability for each business vertical. Our team has four primary areas of expertise: long-term strategic planning, finance, pricing, and data analytics. Our primary focus is identifying new growth opportunities, increasing process automation, optimising costs, and improving data modelling and architecture.
