TVDE Operator License

The TVDE Operator License*, or Taxi Permit, proves that a Fleet Company is legally authorized to operate in the transportation sector on electronic platforms. By law, we are required to verify the status of a Fleet Company's TVDE Operator License before approving it on our platform.

Insurance (Civil Liability and Personal Accidents)

Personal Accidents: -Policy holder matches the name of the Fleet Company -Insurance complies with the conditions imposed by law: Personal Accident Insurance Coverage equal to or greater than €15,000 -Taxpayer Number (NIF) matches TVDE Operator License and Permanent Commercial Certificate. Civil Liability : -Policy holder matches Fleet Company name -Insurance meets the conditions: Civil Liability Insurance Coverage for Operation equal to or greater than €50,000 -Taxpayer Identification Number (NIF) matches TVDE Operator License and Permanent Commercial Certificate

Permanent commercial certificate

The certificate ensures that the Fleet Company is actively registered with the government and in active operation. The permanent commercial registration certificate allows online access to the registration records and documents of companies, partnerships, cooperatives, public companies, or other entities in the commercial registry.

Proof of IBAN

You will need to upload proof of IBAN, which must be in the name of the fleet. IMPORTANT: Proof of IBAN is not accepted. withdrawn from the ATM.

Identification document

An identification document of the fleet owner (front and back) will be required.

How do I update?

To update documents in the Fleet Manager Portal, simply select company settings (the gear icon) in the top right corner of the portal.

The documents will appear on the first page.

To update a document

Select the cloud-shaped icon

Choose Select Files

Set the Document Type

Select validity

Confirm the changes

Important notes

The file type submitted may prevent some documents from being accepted. For the following documents, you must submit an original color photograph:

Company TVDE Operator License;

Fleet Manager Identification Document (front and back).
