A partner cannot request an Early Cashout if they already have a regular weekly payout or Early Cashout in progress. If your access was suspended due to non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions, Early cashout will be available again in 1 month. Regular payouts will continue to be processed as usual.
Processing Time
Early Cashout Details 1.- Request Day: Anyday 2.- Request Time: Anytime 3.- Approx. Arrival Time: Usually within 5 minutes Note: Depending on the system workload it may take the Early Cashout up to 1 hour to arrive at your bank account.
Early Cashout Fee
Early Cashout fee is MYR 3. The fee is paid by the partner. If the cashout is rejected, the funds and the fee will be returned to the partner’s balance. It may take up to two hours. 1.- Minimum and Maximum Limits Per Day 2.- Minimum Limit: MYR 4 3.- Maximum Limit: MYR 1,000

Required Detail: Recipient Name (Account Recipient): Recommended to use A-Z 0-9 Latin characters set.

Important FAQs about Early Cashout
Before requesting the cashout, ensure you have:
Stable internet connection Your bank details are correct
For security and compliance with our banking partners, we only allow payouts to bank accounts in your name.
Only bank accounts in the local currency are supported.
Your bank account is active If you have any problems with your cashout, an error message will appear in the app with a description of the issue and instructions on how to resolve it.
You can use the feature once per day. The button will reappear in your app the next day.
Usually within 5 minutes. However, during high system workload, it may take up to 1 hour.
If your cashout fails, both the funds and MYR 3 fee will be returned to your balance. The refund may take up to 2 hours to appear.
If suspended due to non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions, Early Cashout will be available again in 1 month.
Regular weekly payouts will still continue as usual.
