• 選取請求並點選「接受」

如何查看已接受的行程：

• 前往「選單 (☰)」 > 「已預約請求」 > 「已接受」
• 查看固定費率、上車時間及上線所需時間

如何完成已預約的行程？

1. 準時上線 – 依「已接受行程」頁面所示時間上線。如遲到，行程將分配給其他駕駛。
2. 接收其他行程請求 – 您僅會收到不與已預約的行程時間重疊、且靠近下車地點的行程請求。
3. 前往上車點 – 準備好後點選「開始駕駛」
4. 標記抵達 – 到達上車點時點選「已抵達」
5. 等待乘客 – 乘客有 5 分鐘的時間從預定時間內上車
6. 開始行程 – 乘客上車後點選「開始行程」

提早到達？

很好！請注意 5 分鐘等待時間是從預定上車時間開始計算，提前等待的時間不會另行補償。

如何取消已預約的行程？

在預定上車時間前：

1. 前往 Bolt 駕駛應用程式中的「已接受的訂單」頁面
2. 選取相關行程
3. 點選「取消」移除預約
4. 在預定出發時間後：
5. 點選「開始駕駛」
6. 再點選「取消」以結束行程

注意： 重複取消已預約的行程可能導致您帳戶中的此功能被停用。

乘客未在預定時間 5 分鐘內出現：

• 點選「取消」
• 選取合適的取消原因
• 您將自動獲得取消費用

注意： 若乘客在預定上車時間前不足一小時取消，取消費用也會自動計入您的收入。
